Where can I find the product references?
On the product
The 'model code' is located in the top right hand corner of the silver label on the back on the product.
E.G. IQ-NCFL-140-500-B

On the packaging
The 'model code' is located on the rear of the packaging.
E.G. IQ-NCFL-140-500-B

The 'Lighting Code' or 'Product Name' can be found on the front face of the packaging.
E.G. 'Sirius' or 'E-602'

On the instruction manual: The 'model code' can be found in small print on the bottom left hand side of the front page. E.G. IQ-NCFL-140-500-B

The 'Lighting Code' or 'Product Name' can be found on the top right hand side of the front cover under the product description. E.G. 'Sirius' or 'E-602'

Where can I find the barcode reference?
On the packaging
The 'barcode' is located on the rear or top of the packaging. The number is listed underneath the printed barcode. E.G. '5031869040338' or '162848'

The barcode will always be a minimum of 6 numbers up to a maximum of 13 numbers.
